Free standard shipping on orders of $250 or more. Parts that weigh more than 50 lb ship by freight and are not included in free shipping.
Free local pickup and delivery
- Pickup: free at 7689 Limestone Dr, Unit 140, Gainesville, VA 20155, open every day from 8 am to 10 pm. Choose Pickup at checkout; most orders are ready within 2 hours. Bring your order number.
- Local delivery: free within 25 miles of our Gainesville location. Orders placed by 5 pm are delivered the same day; orders placed after 5 pm are delivered the next day. Choose Local delivery at checkout.
Where we ship
We ship from Gainesville, Virginia to addresses in the United States, including Puerto Rico, U.S. territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We do not ship outside the United States at this time.

Freight shipping (parts over 50 lb each)
Heavy parts such as fifth wheel top plates, trailer suspensions and axles ship by freight carrier. Freight is charged on every order that includes these parts, whatever the order total.

Freight deliveries go to a business address with someone available to receive the shipment. If you need a liftgate or residential delivery, call us before ordering.
Tracking
You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order ships. Delivery time depends on the carrier and your distance from Virginia.
Damaged or missing packages
If a package arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us right away with your order number and photos of any damage. We will work with the carrier and replace the part. See our refund policy for returns.
